Fluidz Speciality Chemicals LLC aims to serve the needs of the customer through the design/development of suitable processes, production of high-quality products, provide services with a commitment to achieve and enhance customer satisfaction.

We keep in mind the highest quality concepts in approving the purchase of raw materials, monitoring production and clearing finished products. Equal emphasis is given on delivery, specification, conditions of supply, packaging, labeling, handling, and storage, as we realize that all these are important for the end-user. To achieve and enhance customer satisfaction by providing quality products and services, in the field of toll blending specialty chemicals for industrial sectors related to water treatment, oilfield, food and beverages and other related industries.

To fully understand and manufacture products as per clients’ requirements through stringent processes control and help in product development using in-house research and development.

To employ qualified/ skilled manpower and continuously train them to enhance their skills, knowledge, and effectiveness.

To continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the quality management system by establishing and reviewing quality objectives.

Ethics Policy

Ethics Policy has been formulated in order to foster and maintain employee trust and confidence in the professionalism and the integrity of the employees of the Company by ensuring that all employees adhere to appropriate standards of conduct as set out in this Policy by ensuring that all the employees maintain and enhance the reputation of the Company.

Each employee of Fluidz Speciality Chemicals LLC agrees to observe and follow the below-stated principles:

  1. Conducting the Company’s business with honesty and integrity and in a professional manner that protects the Company’s good public reputation.
  2. Avoid any activities that could involve or lead to involvement in any unlawful practice or any harm to the Company’s reputation.
  3. Provide accurate and reliable information in records submitted to or on behalf of the Company.
  4. Always safeguard the Company’s confidential information and respect and not disclose the confidential information to other parties with whom the Company does business or competes.
  5. Promptly report to the Company any violation of law or ethical principles or Company policies that come to the employee’s attention.
  6. Co-operate with the Company in case of any audit, inquiry, review, or investigation, etc.
  7. Maintain cordial & peaceful environment and not to indulge in any polities, malpractice, grudge, or harm any co-worker.
  8. Avoid the situations in which his or her financial or other personal interest(s) is in conflict with the interest of the company & act in the Company’s interest at all times.
  9. All employees shall strive to maintain a safe, healthy & clean environment at its workplace & surroundings and also strive to prevent any wasteful use of natural resources (including water) & help in improving the environment.
  10. All the assets of the Company shall be deployed, for the purpose of conducting the business for which they are authorized.
