Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Batch Chemical Blending Plant Supervisor. The Batch Chemical Blending Plant Supervisor is responsible for managing personnel and ensuring efficient and effective production, as well as overseeing equipment and maintenance. They are also responsible for ensuring workplace safety and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications
Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical blending or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of plant operations and equipment maintenance
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize workload
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHAS 18001 standards
Fluency in English, both oral and written
